MGPL’s first project Kahini, a project named after Tagore’s collection of poems, is situated in Uttara, one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Dhaka. Kahini was an attempt to provide maximum amenities in the most affordable range to the clients. The design and the basic structure were all compliant and the interior was designed to suit the individual need of the customer.

MGPL’s second project in Baridhara is a simplistic, linear approach in line with the current architectural trends. The floors were designed to stress on easy maintenance along with comfortable layout which provide privacy to the inhabitants and at the same time, provide a welcoming stretch of uninterrupted homogeneous mirror-polished tiles to the visitors.
